An eGift is a code consisting of letters and numbers sent by email to the recipient of the gift. Only this person will know the code.
IberGour eGifts can be exchanged for products from our online catalogue on the following websites: ibergour.co.uk, ibergour.com, ibergour.fr, ibergour.it and ibergour.de.
To use an eGift, add the products you want to your shopping cart and click on "Use discount coupon or eGift" on the "My shopping cart" page. You will be taken to a page where you can insert your eGift code.
Any unused amount will be available for future purchases with the same eGift.
If the order is more than the amount of the eGift, the purchaser will be required to pay the difference using another payment method (credit card, COD, wire transfer or PayPal).
eGifts never expire.
You can use as many eGifts as you wish for a single purchase.
eGifts or discount coupons may not be used to purchase eGifts.
eGifts may not be returned or exchanged for cash.
IberGour will not replace or refund eGifts that have been lost or stolen. IberGour is not responsible for the loss, theft, destruction or unauthorized use of an eGift.
We cannot issue invoices for purchases of eGifts since they are not considered products or services under tax legislation. They are advance payments on future purchases.
