No one could pass without cutting a slice, December 23, 2009Amazing!!! It was on my kitchen table only for 2 weeks, it smelled like heaven and no one could pass without cutting a slice. We all put on couple of extra kilos.
Meat wasn't properly chopped, December 23, 2009It was some little amount of water in the package and meat wasn't properly chopped. There were some unchewable pieces inside. I had to keep it in the fridge, though I normally don't do so.
Slightly too fatty, December 23, 2009To be frank I have tried better salchichon. It was slightly too fatty. But the amount of pepper was just right and taste was decent.
Recommended, October 23, 2009It's long, thin and sharp as it supposed to be. I didn't have any trouble cutting my delicious ham leg. Recommended.
