Excellent taste, abundant adipose, April 15, 2010Since we are on our second Maldonados. Both have had excellent flavor and distinctive, although the fat seemed denser than in the 5J. The first was balanced as a whole, but with slightly too much fat. The second is just the opposite, the ham comes out almost from the first cut.
But pleasant tang, March 2, 2010Very good flavor, perfect to accompany a good best bits. My family especially liked English strong but pleasant flavor.

Ham and fat balance, December 21, 2009Our first order in IberGour and the best ham we've tested so far: perfect balance between flavor and fat ham, with a smooth texture and juicy. Disappearing from the plate with the same speed with which it was cut, a delicious ham in every way.
Good taste, difficult to cut, December 21, 2009Very good taste, creamier texture and mild flavor that made her think her appearance. But very difficult to cut due to its hardness and impractical.
