Beautiful and delicious shoulder ..., April 14, 2012Melts in the mouth, with a well-marbled meat and flavor. Well prepared for shipping it cuts easily with a quality slicer. Boneless traditional cut with a knife is more delicate and requires a perfect sharpening. This is the third time I selected this jabugo and am very satisfied. The information on the site are very clear and easy choice. The delivery is fast and fairly expensive monitoring very precise.
