Salami taste a little unusual, due to the Iberian breed of pig, but really good flavor.
No doubt to recommend a purchase.

Definitely do not despise, but not justify the price so high.

Shoulder very tasty, but repeating the purchase,
whole and will be a shoulder bone.
I think in this way you can enjoy much better
the taste of the different muscle parts.
