Arcos Pocket Vulkanus: Sharp & to the point., September 21, 2010After purchasing a Jamon, we suddenly realised that we needed more equipment for slicing the ham. First came the "jamonero" stand, complete with knife, then we read that the knife should always be sharp, and so we bought the sharpener. This is a very clean, effective tool that does the job adequately. It is small, but perfectly formed, and can be folded away for storage after use.
