The entire jamón is machine sliced and ships in vacuum packs of 100 grams each.
The bone is cut into pieces and vacuum-packed also.

  • or in any way fails to meet your expectations

The product must be returned in its original packaging no more than 15 days after the delivery date.

We cannot accept returns if the weight of the piece returned (including the weight of the waste) is less than 75% of the weight of the original piece. In other words, if a shoulder weighed 4 kg and you return less than 3 kg, we cannot accept the return.

Ham from purebred Iberian pigs reared on the open range in woodlands owned by Joselito in the southwest of the Iberian peninsula, on a diet of acorns during the fattening period. Natural drying houses and cellars give the cuts refined aromas and unique sensory characteristics.
Ingredients: Ham from bellota-grade purebred Iberian pigs, salt. No preservatives.

Taste note
Joselito Iberian ham is firm and melts in the mouth. Translucent, fine fat and harmonious alternation between sweet and salty taste.
Enjoying your jamón
Store jamón packs in the refrigerator. DO NOT freeze.
Bones can be kept in the freezer.
We recommend removing the slices from the pack and leaving them on a plate at room temperature for one hour before serving to restore their aroma, flavour, texture and appearance.
