For purchases of 1 to 9 packs, each of them ships in an easy-open blister, and they are all packed in a white cardboard box to prevent damage during shipping.
Purchases of 10 or more packs are packed in a box (see photo). For every 30 packs we include a packet with the bone cut into pieces to use for making broth. All shipped in a white box to prevent damage during shipping.

A little more chewy that expected, but the taste is good., February 6, 2012Once again, you have sent me something good - this time, we decided to try a shoulder.
We were surprised that the meat was so hard to chew, we have not had this experience before with shoulders.
