These lomos embuchados are made with a selection of the best parts of loin meat from Iberian pigs reared on the open range. Smoked in natural smokers with charcoal and wood and cured slowly in natural drying houses for 4 months minimum.
Ingredients
Pork loin from bellota-grade Iberian pigs, salt, paprika, garlic, sugar, lactose, lactic protein, emulsifier E-450, E-452, antioxidant E-301 and preservatives E-252, E-250.
Production
Enjoying your lomo embuchado
Because it has been vacuum packed, it should be removed from its wrapping 20 minutes before it is to be eaten to allow flavours to develop. Its ideal appearance, colour and consistency are achieved if it is allowed to air for 24 hours.
Once the vacuum seal is broken the product must be removed from its bag. Please store it at between 0 ºC and 5 ºC (32 to 41 ºF).
Expiry date
Minimum 2 months after delivery.

This pork loin with paprika is mild chorizo ​​but it tastes interesting. I noted though that tasted raw leaves a strong taste of fat but if you cook for EXAMPLE with a bean soup is very good!

This lomo is of good quality, ideally dried, perfect slices. It differs from others because it is a little saffron I think (red and fragrant), unless either of paprika? It is rather surprising. Great anyway!

Besides the known possibilities - of boiled tongue up to smoked filet of lamb - this article is an excellent supplement, because it taste far different from the known. in the supply of ibergour I would have more information on the treatment and spice of sirloin desired.
