Details

A telescoping support holds the ham or shoulder in a vertical or horizontal position as desired (see photo 1). The rotary grip system makes it easy to turn the piece while holding it securely (see photo 2).

The table surface is made up of two parts (see photo 3): a stainless steel plate where the jam rests and a slot for scraps, plus a polyethylene board for selecting slices and dicing.

A drawer on the front contains a receptacle for collecting scraps and a knife holder (see photo 4). There are holders for paper towels and plastic film on either side (see photo 5).

On the back are two hooks for hanging hams or shoulders (see photo 6).

Underneath the table are two shelves for plates, glasses or bottles.
The table is equipped with single-lever wheels with a dual locking system. When the wheels are locked, they cannot rotate or turn (change direction), which keeps the table firmly in place. The wheel height can be adjusted to ensure the table is always firmly seated (see photo 7).
