shoulder, May 6, 2012It is the second shoulder I buy this house and I have to admit is not as good as the first. The price value is not set.
Very good ham, February 19, 2012Of all the hams that I purchased I must admit that this shoulder is best. Before I buy a Joselito salting out, yes I changed it to another that he was not much, but not half as good as this. Although hams generally do not have the quality that had years (20-30) behind this Frexnense flavor and aroma is very good, even the texture is not bad. Probably repeat.

Not bad but not worth the 5J jotas, December 22, 2010This ham is very good but lacks the maturity 5J jotas is much better with its grainy aroma in fat and intense flavor they can stand on its own. This ham and too expensive compared to its taste.
