produced uneven, January 11, 2012The chorizo we made was not all red we have received from the gray and the fat was distributed as in the salami. Also on the package is not registered "Bellota" which allows us to be consistent with our map, e are a restaurant. We are very disappointed and will not repeat in ibergour products.
