This chorizo is rich and delicious, full of the iberico de bellota flavour and texture. It falls apart a bit at room temperature so I found it much easier to cut it straight from the the fridge.
One of the best chorizos I ever tried. Dry, lots of chilly pepper, great taste. I sincerely enjoyed it to the last slice.
