1. Place your order online

So that your order can be prepared and dispatched as soon as possible, place your order online, directly via our website; not by email. At IberGour we're always here for you, by email, to help you in any way we can, but at this time of the year, we have to put all our efforts into speeding up the process of preparing orders, so they can be sent out from our warehouse as quickly as possible, and dealing with any matters occurring during transportation. Choose your ham, add it to your cart, pick the gift option if required (you'll easily find it during the checkout) and complete your order directly via our website.

All our products can be sent as gifts to any country in the EU. Orders shipped as gifts are accompanied by a gift note with the message or dedication you indicate and a packing slip without prices.

2. Choose products in stock

For every product you choose, ensure there are enough units for immediate dispatch. Next to the weight and/or price of each product you'll find a note in green indicating whether there's enough available stock and, as this goes down, exactly how many units remain for immediate dispatch.

3. Give a delivery address where there'll always be somebody in

Making sure that delivery occurs at the first attempt is always essential, to avoid delays and unwanted incidents, but definitely at the moment.

If there's nobody at home during the day, it's best to give, immediately when placing the order, the address of a neighbour or trusted business, open during working hours; we inform you as soon as it's acknowledged that the delivery has been made.

4. Pay by card or PayPal

Pay by card or using PayPal and your order will be processed straightaway. Bank transfers usually take one or two days to be confirmed in the payee account.


5. Be on the lookout for our messages

When your order leaves our warehouse, we let you know. We also send you a message with the necessary information for tracking the consignment on the courier's website and getting to know at first hand its progress, the estimated date of delivery and whether any incident has occurred. Our dispatch department also oversees the process for every consignment and, should anything untoward be noticed, we inform you immediately and suggest a solution for resolving the situation as soon as possible.
