Un omaggio utile e di buona qualità: molto gradito.
Il supporto è semplice ma tiene bene la spalla e il coltello è buono, anche se naturalmente per la cotenna serve un coltello diverso, ma è normale che serva più di un coltello per tagliare la spalla di prosciutto dall'inizio alla fine.

Per quanto ci riguarda è così buono che è quasi come una droga! Quasi non si riesce a smettere di mangiarlo!
