quevedo is without doubt a succulent, strong, oily, and perfectly enjoyable manchego, ideal for tapas, sandwiches, or to eat with jamon serrano

the best

Of all the options I fid this one the best. It is necessary to keep the ham outside the fridge and the bag and let it air for one full day at least. Amazing taste.

Happy mistake

It was by mistake that I ordered Senorio de Quevedo, instead of another (and more expensive) brand of Manchego cheese. Since then I order no other cheese from Ibergour than this excellent one. Great presentation, perfect consistency, great taste, even the crust is delicious. It reminds me of the Manchego I used to eat when I was a child, well before the commercialization of protected products. Oh, and no carbs!

Good for those who enjoy strong flavours

The paletilla shoulder is much stronger in its taste than the regular ham. I have tried and enjoyed both, especially with Manchego cheese, which in the case of the paletilla ham mixes perfectly the flavours.
Those who find it too strong, try serving it with quality olive oil,or with a few slices of goat cheese with a little honey. You will be surprised.

Money well spent

I have been buying from Ibergour for a few months now. Being on the Atkins diet for almost one year, Spanish ham is an ideal source of satisfaction without carbs. I have tried a few of the bellota hams offered and I must say that Joselito Gran Reserva remains my first choice. It melts in your mouth and its flavour is truly exceptional. Make sure that you unseal the bag and leave it out of the fridge (yet in a cool place) to breath for at least one hour, better half a day, before you eat it.
