Tras 10 días de uso puedo decir que estoy contento con la compra. Aunque los materiales sean de plástico se le ve robusto. No pesa mucho, pero con el jamón colocado, el jamonero no se desliza nada. He logrado realizar cortes horizontales y obteniendo lonchas de longitud adecuada, cosa que era casi imposible con el que tenía antes.
La pieza que permite girar es de buena calidad y diámetro adecuado. Una vez colocado el jamón no se va a mover.
Lo mejoraría haciendo la base algo rugosa para que no deslice la parte del jamón que se apoya, pues se puede mover ligeramente con el corte (aunque realmente no afecta al mismo)
Creo que es una buena compra y más al precio de 69€. El servicio de entrega por parte de la tienda y el empaquetado han sido estupendos (llegó en 48 horas). Repetiría.

Este soporte sujeta muy bien y permite rotar la pieza para cortar con más comodidad. Me gusta especialmente que no tenga el "pincho" de la tabla que se clava en la maza, y que para sujetar sea suficiente con el anclaje a la pezuña.
El sistema para rotar es de una especie de resina-plástico, y el anclaje para fijar la pieza es metálico (acero inox?). La base es de plástico imitando a madera (hueco por debajo). Más higiénico, ligero y fácil de limpiar.
