As we were not able to visit Spain this year we were looking forward to receiving the hamon . Unfortunately we have found the item to be disappointing due to the fact that the outer ’crust’ is very hard to cut . Once gaining entry to the ham we are disappointed with the amount of fat , realise that some is part of the ham but it is excessive on this one. We have previously had a ham from this firm and been delighted but in this instance afraid that is not the case. However, the matter was quickly and fairly sorted out by Ibergour.
