In tutta sincerità questa è stata una nuova scoperta per me. Un formaggio delicato, con una nota leggermente dolciastra, molto diverso dai pecorini tipici Italiani o da quello Alentejano. Mi riservo di dare un giudizio migliore sui formaggi Spagnoli quando avrò modo di provarne altri diversi.
In all honesty this was a new discovery for me. A delicate cheese, with a note slightly sweetish, very different from the typical Italian pecorino or the Alentejo. I intend to make a better judgment on Spanish cheeses when I will have to try several others.
Fromage dur comme une pierre immangeable. Je suis très déçu. Je n'arrive même pas à le couper tellement il est sec
En plus, le goût est très fade
