This 94 Parker red Reserva wine displays an elegant bouquet, intense and with a lengthy time spent in bottle which results in a lingering aftertaste. Due to its exceptional quality, this new 2001 vintage has been classified as Special Reserve. This is making history since, up until now, only the great years of 1964 and 1973 had been worthy of this highest distinction at the winery. Grapes: Tempranillo, Grenache.
Alcohol content: 13,5%
Optimum serving temperature: Between 17ºC and 18ºC.

Un champagne blanco elaborado de forma artesanal con uva pinot noir de viñedos Grand Cru de la zona de Bouzy. Criado en rima durante un mínimo de 36 meses en cavas a 10 metros de profundidad, con removido y degüelle manuales. El resultado es un champagne intenso a la vez que sutil y delicado, dotado de una gran vinosidad y frescor. En definitiva, un champagne aromático (flores, frutos secos, bollería) y estructurado cuyo volumen y persistencia lo hace ideal para acompañar cualquier comida: carpaccios, quesos curados, ahumados, mariscos y todo tipo de carnes. Nada menos que 93 puntos Parker para este vino elaborado, principalmente, de uva Cariñena de viñedos de entre 60 y 80 años de edad, y envejecido durante 12 meses en barricas de roble francés. En él encontraremos aromas de fruta madura, notas minerales y balsámicas y recuerdos de chocolate negro y especiados. Su nombre es un homenaje al fundador de la orden monástica de los cartujanos, quienes en el siglo XII fueron los primeros elaboradores de vino de la zona. Buen acompañante de carnes asadas. Servir entre 16ºC y 18ºC. Graduación: 14,5%.
