    Thinly cold-sliced with a slicing machine and hand packed. Different packs in an order may come from different pieces and batches.
    Processing
    Made from the best cuts, removed with a knife, marinated and stuffed into colon casings. Minimum curing time of 5 to 6 months in natural drying houses and cellars.
    Ingredients
    Lean meat from bellota-grade Iberian pigs, pepper, salt and garlic.
    Production
    Purebreed Iberian pigs reared on the open range.
    Taste note
    Intense aroma, plump, juicy texture, good balance between lean meat and fat and just the right touch of natural pepper and garlic.
    Storage
    To completely enjoy its flavor, remove it from the plastic pack 20 minutes prior to consumption.
    Once vacuum is lost, remove the product from the plastic pack.
    Keep between 0 ºC and 5 ºC (32 ºF to 41 ºF).
    Expiry date
    Minimum 2 months after delivery.

    Very meaty, noticed the quality of the sausage right away. The slices are not too thin either, so there is a nice bite to it. Balanced flavours. I would definitely buy this again.
