    These salchichones are artisanally prepared by small producers in the region of Guijuelo - Salamanca who are selected by Ibergour for their high quality products, and their compliance with stringent health requirements for the growing and curing processes.
    Iberian meat, salt, dextrin, powdered milk, sugar, dextrose, emulsifiers E-451ii, E-452i, E-450i, antioxidants E-331iii, E-301, spices, preservateurs E-252, E-250, flavour enhancers E-627, E-631, colouring E-120, pepper and Port wine.
    Mountain-raised purebred Iberian hogs.
    Because it has been vacuum packed, it should be removed from its wrapping 20 minutes before it is to be eaten to allow flavours to develop. Its ideal appearance, colour and consistency are achieved if it is allowed to air for 24 hours.
    Once the vacuum seal is broken the product must be removed from its bag. Please store it at between 2 ºC and 7 ºC (36 to 45 ºF).
    Expiry date
    Minimum 2 months after delivery.
