    Made with meat from pigs from Extremadura. The mixture of ground pork and fat comes from the best parts of the pig: ham and shoulder. The sausage is stuffed into natural colon casings, sewn and tied by hand, and cured naturally.

    The pigs are reared on the open range on a diet of acorns and grasses native to the pastureland during the montanera period.

    Ingredients
    Pork fat and lean meat, salt, black pepper and paprika de la Vera. WITHOUT PRESERVATIVES OR COLOURINGS.
    Storing
    Store between 0ºC and 4ºC.
    In summer, keep in the refrigerator up to 30 days after opening.
    Expiry date
    Minimum 2 months after delivery.
    Tasting note
    Outer appearance: Smooth surface and irregular cylindrical shape. Red color.
    Texture and flavor: Soft, compact, oily, non-fibrous paté. Intense flavor.
    Enjoying your sobrasada
    It is usually served as an aperitif or snack, spread on toast at ambient temperature or slightly warmed. Also in pizza toppings. It goes well with figs, almonds, honey, jam and vegetable preserves.
