Very pleased with the Jamotec, June 13, 2013The Jamotec rotary ham holder is very well engineered. Personally I like the wipe-clean hygienic plastic construction. The rotary holder is also well designed and is particularly useful when reversing the leg or attempting to cut the difficult to reach parts when the ham is 80% finished. I find it is necessary to hold the bottom heel of the ham leg when cutting drier meat and so a V-shaped holder at the far end would be useful.
I found the ordering process on the Ibergour website very easy to use. The delivery to the UK address was extremely efficient with regular e-mail notification of delivery status. This is the first time I have purchased from Ibergour and I am very impressed and will be back again, for the ham next time.

Excellent service and follow-up service, June 8, 2013Upon my enquiry about the tracking of my ham, I was informed that it was sent to a wrong country by the courier. A new one was immediately delivered to me the next day, to which I was very thankful.
About the Joselitos Grand Reserva Bellota, it was a bit too salty and not sweet enough than those Joselitos and other Extremadura Bellota that I had tried elsewhere before. It was still very nutty and succulent though.
Tasting a real soubressade, June 8, 2013We really appreciate this soubressade those who remind us that our grandparents sewed Mallorcan. The flesh is fine, not too salty and this product has good storage. We order quite often and hope to receive another 2 before the summer because our grandchildren enjoy as much and some even consume sandwiches with crusty bread for their breakfast with great pleasure.
