du gras, du gras et encore du gras . Sur un jambon de 6 kilos, impossible de sortir 1.5 kgs de viande; le reste n' est que du gras. SINON, la viande est de très bon gout, vraiment agréable. La société ibergour a accepté de me reprendre le jambon et m' a integralement remboursé : BRAVO ibergour pour votre sérieux!

The product is very good, my carving much less so!

Despite viewing the videos before commencing I didn't seem to do very well, knife sharpening is important but I think I was cutting at the wrong angles. I'd have appreciated a paper diagram showing the orientation and the way to start cutting, maybe even near life size so you can work out where the bones are and where he meat is likely to start- I appreciate it will vary! I probably was too conservative in removing the fat and outer parts, not wanting to waste anything, but making cutting more difficult.

That aside, we were very pleased with the service and delivery. The product itself was very tasty, it was eaten as soon as it was cut. I'd recommend it to others as a good place to start, if like us, you are new to whole high quality hams. I suspect we'll be back for more.

Our family thought it went well with manchego cheese, which may perhaps horrify purists and Spaniards alike but we liked it!

Le support de jambon est tes bien, les finitions sont parfaites, il est très simple à utiliser et son côté esthétique permet de le laisser dans un endroit visible de tous.
